FIL Series Air Compressor Filters
FIL Series filters provide your compressed air system with premium quality filtration for the three typical contaminant types:
- solid particles come from ambient air contaminants like dust and from rusted, oxidized pipework. They will cause pneumatic equipment to malfunction, cause instrument and control failures, and contaminate end products;
- condensed water droplets come from the humidity in ambient air. Water will oxidize pipework and pneumatic equipment, ruin paint finishes and end products and;
- liquid oil and oil vapors are introduced by compressor lubricants and by hydrocarbon vapors present in ambient air. Oil-free compressed air is particularly important in food and pharmaceutical processes.

FSG Series Air Compressor Filters
Gardner Denver FSG Series General Purpose filters are leading the way in compressed air treatment innovation! Airborne contaminants from the atmosphere, such as dust, water vapor, and hydrocarbons enter the air system through the compressor intake. These contaminants, usually 4 million particles per cubic foot, can easily pass through a typical compressor intake filter since over 80% of these particles are less than 2 microns in size. The compressor also contributes to the problem with wear particles, oil vapor and fine aerosols that leak past glands and seals from the oil sump into the compression chamber. The 4 types of filters within the FSG Series product line allow for the removal of particles, from 5 micron to removing of oil vapor and odors, to allow for the purest of air within your compressed air system.

FHP Series Air Compressor Filters
Water droplets are formed by the condensed water vapor present in the ambient air. Solid particles come from ambient air contaminants like dust and from rusted, oxidized pipework. Liquid oil and oil vapors are introduced by compressor coolants and hydrocarbon vapors present in ambient air. Because FHP Series Filters offer 5 Grades of high pressure filtration, you can count on the quality removal of water droplets, solid particles, oil and oil vapors within your compressed air system. The high pressure filtration in the FHP Series will meet the needs of both the application and the environment in which you are in.

FME Series Mist Eliminators
Gardner Denver FME Series Mist Eliminators are used to reduce energy costs and remove oil and water aerosols from compressed air systems. They also protect products and processes from contamination, increase the life of pneumatic equipment, help eliminate paint appearance and adhesion problems, and keep pneumatic instruments operating.

MMD Series Low Capacity Membrane Dryers
Moisture (water vapor) is present in ambient air as a gas and cannot be filtered. Membrane fibers present in the MMD Series remove water vapor to prevent it from condensing into harmful liquid water droplets inside compressed air systems. The MMD Series membrane dryer utilizes a spiral wrapped bundle of tube shaped membrane fibers to remove water vapor from the compressed air stream. These fibers are engineered to separate moisture without reducing the oxygen content in the compressed air stream. The MMD Series is a great option for applications such as powder painting, laboratory instruments and food packaging machines with pneumatic components which cannot tolerate the presence of any moisture.
