Universal Air & Gas Products Corporation (UAPC) has decades of successful experience in turn-key, natural gas fuel system design and construction. Gas compression, storage, dispensing, regulation and controls are all available from UAPC. Similar expertise is applied to government, military and industry applications. These applications include natural gas (NGV) systems built to virtually any USA or international standard.
The services that we provide for the production of natural gas refueling stations or component systems are:
Universal Air & Gas Products Corporation (UAPC) provides a comprehensive line of standard medical, pharmaceutical or industrial compressed air, vacuum & blower system products. Standard built per NFPA-99 or custom-built designs are available. These Industries demands a high level of reliability in the equipment they use & UAPC has the knowledge & equipment to meet these requirements.
We have years of experience in the design & manufacture of medical air, vacuum & blower systems; and can accommodate a wide range of custom design solutions to meet any & all applications required. Our standard line of reliable mechanical vacuum pumps produce vacuum as low as 29.9"Hg (0.5Torr) & our combination of positive displacement blower / vacuum ...
Since 1962, Universal Air & Gas Products Corporation (aka Universal Air Precipitator or UAPC) has manufactured a wide range of gas compressors to match virtually every compressor application. Our compressor products range in discharge pressure from vacuum to 6000 psig and accommodate air, inert gases, fuel gases and many process gases. Both ambient intake and booster compressors are available in both lubricated and non-lubricated, rotary and reciprocating designs. Electric, diesel, gas and hydraulic drives are applied as required with simple or comprehensive control features.
A Complete line of Compressors, Boosters and Air Systems, Aftercoolers, Dryers, Filters, ASME Tanks, Vacuum Pumps, Blowers, Lubricant, Parts & Repairs, High ...
In addition to the commonly available 125 psig, diesel driven compressor, UAPC maintains a large fleet of high pressure rental compressors. By high pressure, we mean discharge pressure ranging from 200 psig to 6,000 psig. Applications for these compressors are PET, valve testing, seal testing, pipeline testing, and breathing air for filling SCBA or DOT pressure vessels. Water cooled high pressure compressors are supplied to customers with larger or continuous duty applications. Air cooled high pressure compressors are supplied to customers with intermittent or small capacity applications. Please contact us for further discussion of your rental compressor system application.
Our industrial vacuum tank mount systems feature a lubricated rotary vane pump, one of the simplest and most reliable pump types available. The use of oil in the pump produces higher efficiencies, lower operating temperatures, and lower sound levels. These pumps are also the most suitable to high ambient temperatures, which makes them ideal for manufacturing or process applications where environmental temperatures tend to be higher. (Consult factory for applications where ambient temperatures are above 104 ºF.) These pumps also have the lowest initial cost and high ultimate vacuum levels (29.3 Hg in end vacuum).
Our industry-first enclosed claw vacuum system decreases noise levels, allowing the vacuum system to be installed right at the point of use. Perfect when paired with our enclosed air systems, offering the lowest noise levels on the market. The claw pump design is extremely efficient and has very low maintenance cost; because there is no actual contact between the rotors and the cylinder wall, parts that need replacing or required maintenance is minimized.

Perfect when paired with our enclosed air systems, offering the lowest noise levels on the market. The lubrication from the oil in this pump results in higher efficiencies, lower operating temperatures and lower sound levels than oil-less designs. The lubricated vane design also results in the highest ultimate vacuum levels of all the vacuum technologies.

This is a cost-effective solution for applications where oil is not desirable. The simple design requires less routine maintenance than an oil-flooded pump and has a lower initial cost compared to other dry pump designs.
