  • Filtration, Drying Systems, Process Water Chillers & Components

    We specialize in building compressed air dryers customized for biogas, hydrogen, syngas, landfill, digester, and wastewater treatment applications. Our drying systems are designed to handle discharge pressures as high as 6000 PSIG. We build and integrate cartridge dryer/filtration manifolds for NGV refueling stations. These refrigerated air dryers are ideal for use in compressed air systems with internal air lines. Closed-loop air to water and salt water to fresh water heat exchangers is available too.

    Specially formulated chemical drying agents are used in our desiccant compressed dryers for absorbing and holding moisture.     All materials can adsorb and desorb water, only the degree of adsorption is different per material. Desiccant used in adsorption dryers is specifically designed to adsorb moisture. Desiccants can release the water particles by adding some form of energy to them. This is called regeneration.

    Why do I need a membrane dryer and how does it work?

    Untreated compressed air always contains water. As water is incompressible, the amount of moisture per volume increases when air is compressed. The maximum amount of moisture per volume of air (the so-called holding capacity of moisture in the air) is however limited for a certain temperature. Condensation forms when air is compressed.

  • FF Flanged Air Filters

    Flanged air filters offer a filtration solution for high pressure and high flow compressed air applications.

    The flanged filter range contains the same type of robust, highly-efficient filter cartridges as the threaded range. The cartridges are contained in a welded steel housing and provided with flanged connections at the compressed air inlet and outlet. The filter housings are completely cleaned: zinc phosphate and KTL-coated on the inside and outside and externally painted afterwards. This guarantees a housing lifetime of at least 20 years. All flanged filters are standard equipped with a zero-loss electronic drain and differential pressure gauge with voltage-free contact connections.
